SIS’ subsidiary -- SIS Australia Group (SISAGPL) has completed the acquisition of remaining 49% shareholding of Platform 4 Group (P4G). Consequently, P4G is now a wholly owned subsidiary of SISAGPL and a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the Company.

SIS provides security, facility management and cash logistics services, which are essential to the functioning of a vibrant and healthy economy.
