TCPL Packaging has informed that the Registrar and Share Transfer Agents of the Company, Link Intime India has received intimation from shareholder regarding loss / misplacement of share certificate. Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Listing Regulations, 2015, the details of the shareholder are attached. Its Registrar and Transfer Agent will issue necessary duplicate share certificate, subject to compliance of the specified formalities. The company informed all the members of the stock exchange not to deal in those shares of the Company in any manner. The proof of receipt of information is also attached.
