VSF Projects has received an approval for Scheme of Demerger to transfer the Power Division of the Company to VSF Energy Projects, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, subject to approval of Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
The board at its meeting held on December 06, 2012 has approved for the same.
VSF Energy Projects was incorporated as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) on March 7, 2011 as a subsidiary of VSF Projects in order to develop energy projects.
