VSF Projects has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on December 06, 2012, has approved the proposal of scheme of demerger to transfer the power division of the company to M/s. VSF Energy Projects, wholly owned subsidiary of the company, subject to approval of Honorable High Court of Andhra Pradesh and authorized B. N. Murthy, managing director to appoint Valuers, Legal Advisors, Merchant Banker and other required intermediaries and to do all necessary executions, acts, things in this regard.
