Pursuant to the regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Regulations) Regulation, 2015, Superior Industrial Enterprises has informed that Manish Sinha, Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company (Key Managerial Person) has resigned with effective from 12th January, 2022 and decided to pursue a career outside the company. His successor shall be appointed in due course and the same shall be intimated to the Stock exchanges. The details as required under regulation 30 of the Listing Agreement regulation read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are given in the enclosed annexure I.
