Ujjivan Financial Services has informed that the RBI vide their letter dated January 12, 2022 addressed to the Bank has approved the appointment of Ittira Davis as the MD & CEO of the Bank subject to his resignation from the Board of the company. As notified by the Bank he will be taking charge as its MD & CEO effective from January 14, 2022. Accordingly, Davis vide his letter dated today, January 13, 2022 has tendered his resignation from the Board of the Company effective from today, January 13, 2022.
