With reference to the Open Offer to acquire upto 37,23,928 equity shares of Rs 10 eat a price of Rs 3.75/- per fully paid-up Equity Share of Hotel Rugby (‘Target Company’) representing 26.00% of the fully paid-up equity and voting share capital by Shaik Haseena (Acquirer-1), Gangavarapu Prasanth (Acquirer-2) and Tangella Suresh (Acquirer-3) (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Acquirers’), Navigant Corporate Advisors has informed that the Letter of Offer is being submitted to SEBI, Mumbai. The company has enclosed a copy of the said Letter of Offer and a copy of the same is also being submitted to Target Company.
