The business of wholly owned subsidiary company would be in the field of providing a platform that matches the demand for people looking for wedding related services with supply from vendors around the world providing everything pertaining to weddings i.e. Venue, Decor, Photography, Caterer and experiences along with online wedding consultations, Venue/vendor bookings and reviews & opinions of members. Further, it is going to offer Professional Wedding Planning Courses (online or/and offline) as well.
‘WedAdvisor Solutions’ is yet to commence its business operations. The company has acquired 9999 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
