The Company stated that discovery of price of security is function of several factors and is carried out purely on the stock exchange platform and Management of the Company is no way connected with any such movement in prize of the shares of the Company. The Company have made all mandated disclosures, event and information as and when required from time to time under regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 and the Company confirmed that there is no announcement/ information that need to be disclosed under the said Regulation.
