Pursuant to regulation 30(3) Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ion Exchange (India) has informed that the Company has been awarded a DM Plant and CPU Package Works contract by Numaligarh Refinery (NRL) for their 'Numaligarh Refinery Expansion Project' at Numaligarh Refinery, Numaligarh, Assam on turn key basis at contract value of Rs 137 crores + 18% GST. The project is to be constructed and commissioned within 19 months from the date of Letter of Acceptance.
