Citi Bank has offloaded over 3.2 crore shares at an average price of Rs 314.65 apiece in Vedanta, through an open market transaction. This took the total deal value to Rs 1,204.48 crore.
Vedanta is a diversified natural resources company, whose business primarily involves producing oil and gas, zinc- lead-silver, copper, iron ore, aluminium and commercial power.
