Dhanada Corporation has executed and signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Scandsib Holdings, Cyprus so as to achieve certain common benefits for both the parties such as changes in the control and Board of the Company, dual listing of the Company on the Cyprus Stock Exchange, name change, infusion of capital, expansion/development of business, swap of promoters shareholding to some extend etc., subject to the compliance of all applicable laws, rules and regulations and consent, permission, approval of shareholders and concerned regulatory authorities in India and / or Europe. The MoU is initial document of certain terms and conditions agreed between the aforesaid parties.
