MOIL has informed that the Company is undertaking buy-back of shares in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, as amended, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy-Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018, (Buyback Regulations), and other applicable laws, if any. In connection with the above, the Company has enclosed the soft copy (in pdf version) of the Letter of Offer dated January 18, 2022 (Letter of Offer), as Annexure-'A', which is being sent to the eligible shareholders as on the Record Date, December 31, 2021. Also informed that the date of opening of the Buy-back Offer is Friday, January 28, 2022 and the date of closing of the Buy-back Offer is Thursday, February 10, 2022. All terms used herein and not specifically defined shall have the same meaning as ascribed to such terms under the Letter of Offer.
