Chennai-based, TVS Motor Company is introducing premium executive deluxe 125 cc motorcycle - Phoenix 125 in West Bengal. In terms of sales, the company has witnessed some slow down in West Bengal’s market for the last couple of years and penetration level is much lower than even Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
