Shalby’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- Mars Medical Devices (MMDL) has invested $1 million in Shalby Advanced Technologies Inc., USA (SAT), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mars Medical Devices and a step-down subsidiary of the company. The main objective of acquisition is to manufacture and trade medical devices/ equipment and to import and export medical devices/ equipment.
Shalby is a chain of Multi-specialty tertiary care hospitals based out of Ahmedabad. It has combined bed strength of more than 700 beds with its multispecialty hospitals across Gujarat and Goa.
