In this connection as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report in trading by Insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) regulation, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for the specified persons from 21st January, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the purpose of announcement of the aforesaid results.
