Vaibhav Global has executed Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement for acquisition of 60% Equity Share Capital of Encase Packaging, subject to certain conditions precedent.
The object of the said acquisition is to add vertical business line of the Company in the field of packaging material through its subsidiary.
Vaibhav Global earlier known as Vaibhav Gems incorporated in Jaipur in 1989, is today a professionally managed, end-to-end vertically integrated business organization.
