Vardhman Textiles has received approval from board of directors to further enhance the existing Spinning capacity of the Company by installing Vortex Machines equivalent 70,000 spindles approximately entailing a cost of around Rs 600 crore. The capacity addition is proposed to bring better business synergies, competitive advantage and to meet increased demand. The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on January 22, 2022 has approved the same.
