Axis Bank reports around 3-fold jump in Q3 consolidated net profit

Axis Bank has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2021.

The company has reported over 3-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 3,614.24 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1,116.60 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 14.97% at Rs 21,101.48 crore for Q3FY22 as compared Rs 18,354.60 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported around 3-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 3,973.07 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1,334.84 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 16.32% at Rs 22,091.19 crore for Q3FY22 as compared Rs 18,991.14 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
