Indiamart Intermesh has indirectly through its wholly owned subsidiary -- Tradezeal Online (‘Tradezeal’), agreed to acquire 75,000, 0.0001% Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) in Legistify Services. This investment shall be in line with the Company’s long-term objective of offering various software as a service (SAAS) based solutions for businesses.

The company, through Tradezeal, its wholly owned subsidiary, intends to invest Rs 7.50 crore by subscribing 75,000, 0.0001% Compulsorily Convertible Debentures at a face value of Rs 1000 each.

Indiamart Intermesh is India’s largest online B2B marketplace for business products and services.
