Further to its letter dated 28th December 2021, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the company by the designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives, which has been closed since 31st December 2021, for the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2021, shall remain closed upto 12th February 2022.
