S H Kelkar & Company through its wholly owned subsidiary - Keva Europe B.V. - has completed the acquisition of 62% equity stake in Holland Aromatics B.V. The remaining stake shall be acquired in two tranches in a span of two years, consideration for which would be linked to the performance of Holland Aromatics B.V.

Earlier, on December 14, 2021 the company through its wholly owned subsidiary Keva Europe B.V., had entered into an agreement to acquire a 100% stake in Holland Aromatics B.V. (Holland Aromatics).

S H Kelkar & Company is focused on its core business of manufacture supply and exports of fragrances flavours and aroma ingredients that are used in the food beverage personal care or household product industries.
