Centrum Capital has informed that the Government of India has on January 25, 2022, sanctioned and notified the Scheme for the amalgamation of the Punjab and Maharashtra Co-operative Bank. (PMC Bank) with Unity Small Finance Bank (USFBL), a step-down subsidiary company of the Company (the Scheme). The amalgamation has come into force with effect from the date of the notification of the scheme, January 25, 2022. All the branches of the PMC Bank will function as branches of USFBL with effect from this date. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are given in the Annexure -A to this letter. The Scheme of Amalgamation, along with the press release dated January 25, 2022 issued by the Reserve Bank of India, is enclosed.
