Moreover, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and the Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading, and with reference to its letter dated December 30, 2021, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from December 31, 2021 to February 12, 2022.
