NTPC reports 19% rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

NTPC has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2021.

The company has reported a rise of 24.63% in its net profit at Rs 4,131.99 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 3,315.34 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 18.08% at Rs 29,837.13 crore for Q3FY22 as compared Rs 25,268.56 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 19.34% in its net profit at Rs 4,626.11 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 3,876.36 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 19.01% at Rs 33,783.62 crore for Q3FY22 as compared Rs 28,387.27 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
