Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, East Buildtech has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 10th February, 2022 at its registered office to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2021 and other items of the Agenda. Further, as intimated earlier vide EBL Letter dated 31st December, 2021 pursuant to the provisions of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons as specified under the Code from Saturday, 1st January, 202 onwards till Saturday, 12th February, 2022. All the directors and designated employees are advised to comply with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
