HLV has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on Friday, 11th February, 2022, to consider and approve unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting of Trading by insider, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed from 1st January, 2022 and shall reopen 48 hours after the public announcement of the outcome of the Board Meeting.
