Tantia Constructions has informed that the committee of directors of the company at their meeting held on December 08, 2012 has allotted 16,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 74.25 per share pursuant to conversion of equivalent number of convertible warrants after receipt of notice from the Warrant holders.
Consequently, the paid-up capital of the company has increased from Rs. 17,36,30,660 to Rs. 18,96,30,660 by addition of 16,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
