DLF has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2021.
The company has reported a fall of 53.64% in its net profit at Rs 142.07 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 306.44 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 14.08% at Rs 1119.70 crore for Q3FY22 as compared Rs 1303.24 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a fall of 15.48% in its net profit at Rs 379.49 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 449.00 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 1.12% at Rs 1686.92 crore for Q3FY22 as compared Rs 1668.22 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
