ln terms of Regulations 30, 33 and 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, KSE has informed that the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2021 will be taken on record in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on 14th February, 2022. In terms of the Company's 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’, the trading window for dealing in the Company's shares stand closed from 1st January 2022 and shall re-open on 17th February 2022. The same has been informed to the Directors and Designated employees of the Company.
