PG Electroplast has entered into an agreement with Solarstream Renewable Services to acquire 10.1% equity of the Solarstream Renewable Services for solar power generation at the solar power plant to meet the electricity requirement for the company's manufacturing plants located at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh in terms of the (Indian) Electricity Act, 2013. The cost of said acquisition is Rs 99.20 lakh.
