In terms of the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Vinati Organics has informed that the Company has received intimation regarding loss of share certificate from the shareholder: Geeta Devi Karwa (Folio No: G00816). The Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company Link Intime India has received a request letter from the abovementioned shareholder and have informed the Company about the same on today February 8, 2022.
