BCL Industries has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper clippings of the Notices published in Business Standard (English) and Desh Sewak (Punjabi) dated 08.02.2022 in respect of reminder/letter sent to shareholders for transfer of shares and unclaimed interim dividends for financial year 2014- 15 to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) pursuant to Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with IEPF (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended from time to time; Copy of the specimen reminder/letter sent to the concerned shareholders. Individual communication to the concerned shareholders are being sent at their registered address whose shares are liable to be transferred to IEPF Authority under the said Rules, for taking appropriate actions.
