The Copy of the said Financial Results along with the copy of the Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company is attached Annexure- A. The statement aforesaid is also being published in Financial Express (English Daily) and Loksatta (Marathi Daily). The board also approved appointment of Mukesh Malhotra, Independent Director of the Company as the Chairman of the Board.
