Gulf Oil Lubricants India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held yesterday on February 09, 2022, has approved the acquisition of the equity stake in TechPerspect Software (TSPL). Pursuant to the above acquisition of shares, TSPL will become an Associate of the Company. In this regard, the company has enclosed the details in accordance with the SEBI Circular as Annexure A and Press Release as Annexure B.
