In terms of the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has received intimation regarding loss of share certificate from the shareholder, Anjana Zalani (Folio No: A01195), further details are attached. The Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company- Link Intime India has received a request letter from the above-mentioned shareholder and have informed the Company about the same on today February 10, 2022. Further, subject to completion of required formalities by the shareholder, the Company will issue duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof.
