In terms of the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has received intimation regarding loss of share certificate from the shareholder, Anjana Zalani (Folio No: A01195), further details are attached. The Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company- Link Intime India has received a request letter from the above-mentioned shareholder and have informed the Company about the same on today February 10, 2022.
