Prestige Estates Project has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2021.
The company has reported over 2-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 121.30 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 54.60 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 2.58% at Rs 1,081.70 crore for Q3FY22 as compared Rs 1,110.40 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 12.87% in its net profit at Rs 99.10 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 87.80 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 27.60% at Rs 1,396 crore for Q3FY22 as compared Rs 1,928.20 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
