The Company has enclosing copy of unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company along with limited review report of the Statutory Auditor. The results will be published in the newspapers in terms of Regulation 47(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 in due course. Unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2021 along with limited review report of the Statutory Auditor will also be placed on the website of the Company in due course.
