A copy each of the above Unaudited Financial Results as reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board is enclosed for the information and record. Further, pursuant to Regulation 33 (3)(c)(i) of Listing Regulations, the company also forwarded a copy of the 'Limited Review Report', as received from our Statutory Auditors, B Y & Associates, Chartered Accountants on the above Financial Results. The Board meeting commenced at 1:00 pm and concluded at 3.00 pm.
