Vakharia Power Infrastructure has ceased to be subsidiary of Everlon Synthetics with effect from November 23, 2012. This is pursuant to allotment of 3,02,73,600 equity shares of Re 1 each by Vakharia Power Infrastructure to the members of Everlon Synthetics in terms of scheme of arrangement for demerger of investment business of the company as approved by Bombay High Court vide its order dated September 14, 2012.
Everlon Synthetics is engaged in the business of manufacturing textile yarns and share investment and advising. It manufactures polyester texturized yarn and polyester twisted yarn.
