Pursuant to Regulation 30 (6) of the Listing Regulations read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the said regulations, Lotus Eye Care Hospital and Institute has informed that on recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration committee, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Monday February 14th 2022 has appointed M Achuth menon, holding membership number ACS 63980 as Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance officer (CO) of the company with effect from February 15th 2022. As per the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 read with relevant applicable rules M Achuth menon shall be a whole time key managerial personnel of the company.
