MEP Infrastructure Developers has informed that he Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today have approved the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2021. Further, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the copies of the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report(s) as issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company are enclosed herewith. In terms of 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (as amended), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will open 48 hours after the announcement of the results.
