Narayani Steels has informed that the Monitoring Committee in their meeting held on 14th February 2022 have approved: Compliances under SEBI Regulations for the quarter ended 31st December, 2021; Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2021; A certified Limited Review Report on Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2021; and the resignation of Statutory Auditor from the Company. In terms of Regulation 30 read with regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company also enclosed a copy of said unaudited financial results along with a copy of Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company. The company is arranging to publish these results in the newspapers as per Regulation 47 of Listing Regulations.
