Century Textiles & Industries has raised Rs 250 crore through Secured, Listed, Rated, Non-Cumulative, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debenture (NCDs) and allotted 2,500, 6.32% NCDs having face value Rs 10 lakh each for cash at par on private placement basis. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 22, 2022, has approved the same.
