In continuation of the outcome of Board Meeting dated February 11, 2022, Loyal Textile Mills has informed that the company has enclosed the Notice of Postal Ballot: The Postal Ballot Notice has been sent to all Members whose name appear in the Register of Members / List of Beneficial Owners as on February 18, 2022 (Cut-off date) by e-mail today, for seeking approval through e-voting process in respect of resolution set out in the Notice and the Company has engaged the services of NSDL for providing E-voting facility to all Members. E-voting will commence from Thursday, February 24, 2022 (09:00 Hours IST) and ends on Friday, March 25, 2022 (17:00 Hours IST). The results of the Postal Ballot will be announced on March 26, 2022.
