PNC Infratech has been declared the L1 (lowest) bidder in the three new Hybrid Annuity Modelled National Highway Projects of NHAI for an aggregate Bid Project Cost of Rs 4384 crore.
The company has received first contract for construction of Six lane upgradable to Eight lane of Package I of Kanpur-Lucknow Expressway in Uttar Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyoiana (length: 17.1 5 km). The contract value is Rs 1413 crore and Construction Period is 30 months.
The second contract is for construction of Six lane upgradable to Eight lane of Package II of Kanpur Lucknow Expressway in Uttar Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyoi ana (length: 45.24 krn). The contract value is Rs 1513 crore and Construction Period is 30 months. The third contract is for Four laning of Sonauli - Gorakhpur section of NH-29E on Hybrid Annuity Mode in Uttar Pradesh (length: 79.54 km). The contract value is Rs 1458 crore and Construction Period is 24 months.
