Secmark Consultancy, Bosch and Tech Mahindra to see some action today

Secmark Consultancy has entered into Share Subscription Agreement and Shareholders' Agreement with Trakiot Solutions (Trakiot) and its Promoters in connection with subscription of 2,500 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each of Trakiot on February 23, 2022. The company will acquire 2,500 equity shares of Trakiot having face value of Rs10/- each at a premium of Rs990/- amounting to Rs. 25,00,000/-. Post-acquisition the Company will have 20% shareholding in Trakiot. Trakiot is in the business of software designing, development, customisation, implementation, maintenance, testing and bench marking, designing, developing, dealing and marketing in computer and mobile software and solutions and undertaking IT enabled services.

Bosch has acquired minority 26 per cent stake in B2B eCommerce auto spares, garage equipment and accessories Autozilla Solutions. The said acquisition will allow the company to participate in a digital B2B-marketplace for the independent aftermarket (IAM) in the domestic market and will help it in easing auto spares procurement

Tata Motors has rolled out special edition version of its SUV models, including Punch and Safari, priced between Rs 8.58 lakh and Rs 20.99 lakh (ex-showroom), to mark its leadership in the segment. The 'Untamed Kaziranga Edition' range starts with Punch, which is priced at Rs 8.58 lakh, Nexon at Rs 11.78 lakh, Harrier at Rs 20.4 lakh and Safari at Rs 20.99 lakh. The Kaziranga Edition will be available only on their respective top trims, across company authorised dealerships.

Zuari Agro Chemicals has received an approval for the issuance of 1,500 secured, unrated, unlisted, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) denominated in Indian Rupees of a face value of Rs 10,00,000 each aggregating upto Rs 150 crore in one or more tranches, on private placement basis. The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on February 23, 2022, inter alia, has considered and approved the same.
