Patel Engineering’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Patel Energy Resources has divested its entire stake in Naulo Nepal Hydroelectric (NNHPL), a subsidiary in Nepal. Consequent to the said transaction, NNHPL ceased to be the subsidiary of the Company. The consideration received from such sale/disposal is Rs 11.53 crore (gross).
