Bosch has informed that the Board of Directors has in its meeting held on November 09, 2021 accorded its approval for investing in Autozilla Solutions Private Limited ('Autozilla') upto 26% of its paid-up capital. Further, details pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. ClR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 were also furnished therein, indicating the time period for completion of the acquisition by March 31, 2022. In pursuance of the aforementioned approval of the Board of Directors of the Company, Bosch Limited has acquired 26% stake in Autozilla.
