In continuation of its letter dated March 01, 2022 with regard to Postal Ballot Notice of the Bank, and pursuant to Regulation 30 and 47(3) read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Yes Bank has informed that it attached newspaper advertisements published in ‘The Free Press Journal’ (English Newspaper) and ‘Navshakti’ (Marathi Newspaper) on March 02, 2022 confirming dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice along with the instructions for remote e-voting through e-mail on March 01, 2022 to those Members who have registered their email id with Bank/RTA as on cut-off date February 25, 2022. The said notices have also been made available on the website of the Bank at www.yesbank.in.
